The 16th annual Relay For Life event is scheduled for Friday-Saturday, April 23-24, 2010 at Ashley High School stadium.

Last year, about 4,500 people including 500 cancer survivors attended the event at Ashley, participating in the activities, enjoying the camaraderie and entertainment. They raised more than $489,000. This year, our goal is to attract more than 5,000 people and raise more than $525,000. To do this, we need your help!

There are many ways businesses and companies can get involve and support the Relay For Life.  If you would like someone from our sponsor committee to come out and speak with your employees about Relay For Life and how to get involved, email Hope Green at  Relay.Sponsor@yahoo.com.

Based on your level of sponsorship, your business will receive the following benefits:

  • Your business participation will be publicize in our weekly electronic newsletter that is being distributed to all Relay For Life participants
  • We will advertise you business and your logo on our web page
  • We will provide a direct link from our web page to your business web page
  • We will place a sign at your business identifying your business as a "Relay For Life" sponsor
  • You will be able to display your business banner at the event
  • We will include your logo in our event program that is distributed to all participants
  • Your business participation will be acknowledged in our “Thank You” ad in the Wilmington Star-News after the event
