Relay Event Rules & Information

2010 RELAY EVENT RULES
Please Share This Information With Your Team!!

Special Rules:

  • Park in designated parking areas
  • Do not block access for emergency vehicles
  • No driving on the grass
  • Bring your campsite items to the track on Thursday (~5 pm)
  • Thursday/Friday:  Do not come to the school before 4 pm
  • No ATVs or other off-road vehicles will be allowed, except for those used by the Relay Committee 
  • All children under the age of 16 will need an ID bracelet on after 10:00 PM.  Bracelets will be passed out in the middle of the track, after the luminary service.  All clildren without a bracelet will be asked to leave the Relay event.   

 

  • The NO'S

  • NO SMOKING
  • NO PETS
  • NO BIKES
  • NO SKATES
  • NO SKATEBOARDS
  • NO OPEN FIRES
  • NO CHARCOAL GRILLS
  • NO GENERATORS
    (unless you are in the designated area at the back, along the fence).
  • NO PARKING IN THE SURVIVOR LOT IF YOUR NOT A SURVIVOR
  • NO LITTERING
    (you are responsible for your camp-site, make sure the trash gets to the dumpsters)
  • NO DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, etc

CAMP-SITES:

Contact Marty for questions

  • Bring the bulk of your stuff out on Thursday night after 4:00 pm.
  • Tell team members and visitors:
(1) Team Name
(2) Team Captain’s Name
(3) camp-site location (or campsite #)

PARKING

  • There will be volunteers showing you where to park. When a lot is full, it will be closed. This is one reason why you need to get your stuff out there before the start of the event.
  • PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO OTHERS; WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS AND ARE HERE TO HAVE FUN.
